Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager or Business Development located in Surabaya. This tole will be responsible for building and managing relationships with our potential client or borrower, closing the deals, and identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.

Qualifications
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build, maintain relationship and close the deals with clients
• Have an understanding in credit and lending knowledge
• Experience in the financial industry (Fintech, Financial Institutions, Banking, and relevant industry)
• Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
• Problem-solving skills
