Herne Bay Supported Living comprises of flats across 3 properties, set in a stunning rural area in Herne Bay. Set in beautiful tranquil grounds, this home supports adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities.

We are looking for a Team Leader who has a genuine passion for care and who want to make a difference to the lives of the people we support.

As a Team Leader you will:
• Provide high quality, personalized support in line with support plans
• Provide guidance and support to junior members and new starters
• Lead by example and lead shifts when required
• Assist with rota management where required
• Observe and monitor the wellbeing of the individuals we support
