Location: Flexible within reach of our operating area across the South of England and London

Salary: £69, 644 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

Looking for a new role in Asset appraisal? Look no further because we have a whopper of a role for you. We are looking for a Head of Asset Appraisal to join our Strategic Asset Management team on a permanent basis.
• Do you have excellent knowledge of full options appraisal techniques?
• Do you have a good understanding of different valuation techniques?
• Are you an inspirational leader, able to lead a results driven team?
• Do you have strong influencing skills with the ability to communicate recommendations with members of the senior leadership team?
• Are you computer literate with an understanding of asset management and housing management systems?
