We are searching for a passionate and driven Sales/Reservations Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team at TIG Hotels & Villas.

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries related to reservations via phone, email, and online channels.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs and exceeding expectations.
• Generate sales through reservations, utilizing effective sales techniques and upselling opportunities.
• Manage and maintain accurate reservation information in our system.

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in a similar hospitality role (Sales, Reservations, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with guests.
• Established network of relationships with travel agents (preferred).
• OTA (Online Travel Agency) management experience (preferred).
• Must be based in Goa and possess a valid bike license. More Detail
