GRW Engineering in Worcester has an employment opportunity for a Qualified and experienced CNC Workshop Manager.

Responsibilities:

· CNC programming using relevant software: Including CNC Lathes and Milling Machines.

· Ensure that production processes meet specified requirements.

· To monitor production quality and institute the necessary interventions to achieve the required quality.

· To monitor production rates and take the appropriate intervention when output does not meet set targets.

· Optimization of CNC programs and to ensure best practice is followed.

· Training and development of team members.

· Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)

· Good problem solving skills

· Target and results driven

· Must be able to work according to a Production Schedule

· Must be willing to work shifts & long hours if required.
