Role Purpose

The Project Director- 3D Building Systems is responsible for overseeing and leading all pre and post construction activities for 3D volumetric manufacturing, installation and commissioning, primarily for residential assets across City Built Infrastructure. Incumbent is thoroughly familiar with volumetric manufacturing, flow line and cellular manufacturing to achieve a high level of pre-manufactured value (PMV) across a diverse range of premium quality residential assets. The role requires a strong understanding of volumetric building / manufacturing principles including Kaizen, lean manufacturing, design for manufacture and assembly (DFMA), bills of materials (BOMS) and MRP systems.
