Home-based, some travel will be required to our offices in Bedford or Wickford and to customer sites.

Are you a Project Coordinator ready to support critical automation projects within the automotive industry?

We have recently won some major projects within the UK and overseas and as a result, we are seeking a Project Coordinator to support a multi-functional project management team in delivering work packages for our prestigious automotive customers.

You'll assist project managers in the development of project management documents including project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans.

You're a whizz with admin tasks, you'll generate weekly project management reports and reviews, liaise with Purchasing for project procurement progress and coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what's needed at the right time. You'll also schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports.
