That’s why we are looking for a highly engaged Cloud & Infrastructure Architect to work closely with our 3rd party service providers to ensure that our global infrastructure across offices and retail branches is running smoothly and allowing our people to keep delivering amazing service!

What you will be doing:
• You’ll leading and working closely with our 3rd party IT Managed Service Provider on new and existing BAU projects, consisting of both AWS Cloud and branch on-site infrastructure.
• Act as a lead Technical Expert to resolve technical issues.
• Manage issues impacting service delivery and define and implement effective solutions via the service improvement process.
