Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Design Assurance Engineer to drive our antenna projects to the next level. The engineer will partner with the product development team to ensure the manufacturability and efficiency of our products.

Responsibilities:
• Independent planning and scheduling of DFMA meetings in consultation with the project teams
• Break down stakeholder and product requirements to define implementable solutions
• Moderation and documentation of DFMA workshops as well as design discussions
• Tracking and reviewing the execution of measures
• Derivation of DFMA standards in collaboration with the specialist departments
• Network cross-functionally with electrical, mechanical, system and application engineers to promote the state-of-the-art development strategy
• Integration of lessons learned into the design and production processes
• Supporting problem solving initiatives and root cause analysis
