Calibration Engineer

INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROL SOLUTIONS

• Provide preventive maintenance, calibrations and troubleshooting for all process instrumentation, including flow, pressure, temperature, relative humidity, level, conductivity and pH.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair PLC systems.
• Maintain documentation of repairs and calibrations in compliance with cGMP documentation practices.
• Performs Preventive Maintenance (PM's, Calibrations, and routine maintenance request).
• Oversee and coordinate site calibration program.
• Installation and troubleshooting of process instrumentation (flow, pressure, temperature, conductivity).
• GMP compliant calibration of instrumentation.
• Maintain traceability and knowledge of calibration certificate.
• To perform calibration process with proper documentation as per guidelines.
