Looking for a candidate in Legal domain having experience with (Commercial Litigation , Drafting Agreements , Vetting Contracts , Civil Laws etc) for one of the manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities
• Legal advice on Corporate, Commercial and Civil laws.
• General Commercial (Drafting and Review of Project Agreements, Review of Tender Documents, Commercial, Contract Negotiations in both Sales and Purchasing).
• Claim management (both active and passive), monitoring and handling legal disputes (litigation, arbitration) with support by external counsels, negotiating settlements.
• Real Estate (Lease Agreements, Construction Projects).
• M&A (joint venture contract, restructuring of joint venture, share deal, asset deal, drafting/reviewing of contracts, negotiations, monitor the performance of external law firms).
• IP Matters (Technology Transfer, IPR Protection) in cooperation with internal IP counsel.
• Timely reporting to superior.
