Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage the Upstream PTM team of its perimeter
• Define the industrial guidelines for its perimeter (process and tooling standards, equipment specifications and tooling layout)
• Assure objectives for tooling deployment and level of compliance within the site
• Manage the industrial investments program for its perimeter
• Monitor tooling performance and improvement plans

Qualifications:
• At least Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Automotive industrial experience for at least 10 years
• Good technical knowledge in mold design, stamping tools design, injection process, painting and decoration processes.
• Good team management
• Being in managerial position for at least 3 years
