Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience handling foreign affairs is an added benefit
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service is necessary.
• Prior experience in logistics is an advantage.
• Working on Sunday is a must.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a senior customer experience or service management role, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Deen understandina of customer exerience principles and practices.
