Primary Responsibilities
• Processing daily employee claims and vendor claims:
• Ascertain that the claim approvals are in accordance with the company’s norms.
• Review incoming claims for compliance with company standards, including validating and checking attached receipts for completeness.
• Prepare general journals, including local VAT and GST.
• Prepare claim payment.
• Handle employee claim inquiries, ensuring smooth service and positive relations.
• Conduct bank reconciliation, prepare received funds entries, and apply them to outstanding invoices.
• Perform monthly, quarterly and year-end closing processes:
• Monthly prepaid amortization schedule and journal
• Monthly fixed assist schedule and depreciation schedule.
