Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Office Manager at Mercure Dalat Resort. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to office administration, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, managing front office operations, and effective communication with guests and staff.
