Job Description

Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and revising contracts / agreements, including non-

disclosure agreements, partnership agreements, employment agreement,

confidentiality agreements, and purchase agreements..

Protecting the Company against legal risks and violations and guide management on

regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Performing due diligence of documents to determine legal effect and significance.

Assisting in the development of strategies to manage risk exposure and prevent legal

problems from occurring.

Proactively monitoring pertinent legal, regulatory and stock exchange listing changes

and trends as they relate to corporate governance, especially focusing on the changing

environment.
