PURPOSE:

To provide timeous procurement of goods and services within budget, complying with procurement policies, procedures and practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute integrated sourcing and procurement processes to fulfill procurement needs.
Analyse procurement information independently.
Execute purchasing of goods and services.
Manage procurement administration.
Perform dual adjudication of tenders and management of contracts/ purchase orders within set policies and standards.
Negotiate and coordinate conclusion of the agreement with suppliers to meet customer expectations.
Consult with supervisor to manage problems/ risks and make recommendations timeously.
• h2>EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

National Diploma in Transport/ Commerce/ Logistics/ Supply Chain Management NQF 6
2-3 years sourcing & procurement or related technical experience.
SAP Material Management Module, NEC Family Contracts.
Service Level & Framework Agreements.
