QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

a. High school or Associate Diploma preferably in any Engineering Discipline. A Bachelor’s Degree is desirable.

b. Minimum 3-5 years relevant of experience working as a Secretary, Reception Assistant and help desk preferably been as expeditor skills.

c. Able to work multiple and longer shift hours with patience and safety.

d. Good understanding of English to enable effective written or verbal interpretation of data and messages. .

e. Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

f. Able to use Microsoft Outlook.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

a) Maintains and tracks listing and records of drawings, documents, equipment, materials and provides updates to the Unit Head.
