Basic Function:

The Quality Coordinator plays a crucial role in the effective execution of the Quality Management System. This position reports directly to the Quality Manager within their region and works closely with other supporting quality roles and teams to ensure compliance with quality standards, facilitates continual improvement, and contributes to the achievement of quality goals through comprehensive audit management.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare for audits, including gathering documentation, ensuring readiness, and providing necessary training.

• Participate in audit activities as a facilitator, providing guidance to auditors and auditees, and ensuring smooth audit execution.
