FR Consultants an RSK Group company are recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join the team based in Romsey, Hampshire. This is a full-time, permanent position.

We are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to provide consultancy services in relation to property and construction works, with a focus on the technical aspect of service delivery.

Responsibilities:
• To prepare tender documentation in respect of façade remediations schemes to mid and high rise buildings.
• Undertake detailed analysis of exiting building facades and provide technical reports in accordance with current codes of practice and guidance.
• Provide advice and guidance on design principles and material specifications in relation to the external envelope of multi storey buildings.
• Negotiate prices and costs in relation to remediation works.
• Act as client representative, employers agent, contract administrator, etc on façade remediation works.
