RAW MATERIAL ASSOCIATE

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Raw Material Associate will be responsible for overseeing the sourcing, procurement, quality control, and management of raw materials used in our manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong understanding of raw material specifications, supplier management, and quality assurance procedures.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Source and procure raw materials from approved suppliers according to production schedules and quality standards.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and availability of materials.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and logistics, to coordinate material requirements.
