Primary Function

To maintain, service and coordinate the repair of electrical systems such as primary distribution system, high and low voltage systems. lighting systems, fire alarms, security systems, H.V.A.C and Energy Management Control Systems.

Job Duties And Tasks
• Services, maintains and repairs electrical systems and equipment
• Inspects and maintains distribution systems such as emergency generators, uninterrupted power sources, high and low switch gears and transfer switches.
• Repairs and maintains electrical components such as ballasts, light yards, sewer pumps, fan motors and repair commercial laundry and cooking equipment
• Diagnoses, tests and repairs fire alarm systems, building security systems and communication systems
• Troubleshoots, repairs and maintains H.V.A.C control systems and designs
• Installs controls and hardware for Client Comfort Systems
