We’re looking for a Store Manager who will be based in Bondi Junction, NSW. You will help achieve sales and profitability growth for the assigned store, through leadership and development of the store team. Undertake operational responsibility for the assigned store in the absence of the Store Manager.

Responsibilities
• Demonstrate and role model leadership behavior including customer focus, accountability, ownership, teamwork, and promote engagement.
• Plan, direct, and participate in the operations of the store on a shift basis.
• Help the Store Manager reach revenue and growth targets in consideration of the store’s goals and individuals.
• Lead a sales approach that maximises value by focusing on the features and benefits of PPG products, and our service proposition.
• Support marketing and promotional plans maximising sales potential.
• Maximise the potential of customer relationships.
• Operate point of sale system and prepare sales invoices following company policy.
