Duties & Responsibilities•Reporting and working closely to Head of Engineering (German foreigner).•Assisting to the Head of Engineering in all operational tasks and in all communication matters related to employees, local suppliers, authorities and with Thai written documents.•Acting as a liaison and providing support the Head of Engineering to coordinate all tasks of the daily work with each Department.•Servicing as the primary point of contact for internals and externals on all matters pertaining to Head of Engineering.•Attending meeting and maintaining data, content and information, following up and closing tasks autonomously.•Correspondence with suppliers and services providers.•Working and tracking independently on projects, from early stage to completion and review.•Creation of various management reports as well as analyses reports and presentations.•Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.If you are interested, please submit your Resume (in...
