Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Farm Worker at Jirefarms in Abeokuta. As a Farm Worker at Jirefarms, your main role would be to assist in the cultivation and harvesting of crops, and the maintenance of farm infrastructure and equipment. You will work in collaboration with other farm workers and management to ensure that farm operations are efficient, safe, and productive.

Qualifications
• Prior experience working on a farm is desirable but not required
• Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in all weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of agricultural practices and equipment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work quickly and efficiently
