Role Description

The Head of Finance and Operations is a full-time on-site role located in Tamale. This position will be responsible for overall financial management, accounting, and compliance issues, along with overseeing operational practices and processes to ensure the bank meets objectives for regulatory compliance, risk management, quality assurance, and customer service.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior finance role with managerial responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including IFRS, IAS and banking regulations
• Excellent knowledge of financial software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite specifically Excel
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
