Job Objective

Responsible for the design and implementation of Organizational Development and Talent Management initiatives for the improvement of systems and processes to be in line with the vision of the Bank and to develop a robust talent pipeline as a result.

Primary responsibilities

Strategic and planning
• Develop and implement the Organization Development and Talent Management strategy that

supports the Bank’s strategy in order to increase organisational effectiveness, prospects and

career opportunities for people.
• Devise mechanism for objective performance management system so as to improve staff

productivity.
• Design need based Reward & Recognition programs.
• Facilitate methods for staff productivity improvement.
• Design and implement strategies/programs established to improve the overall engagement

and employee retention.
