Objective

Lead an Environment, Health, Safety and Security culture among Monterrey site, through the creation and maintenance of a safety system and the implementation of the Imerys way in order to be socially responsible, and protect the wellbeing of the employees.

Main Responsibilities
• Generate, implement and sustain the Health and Safety culture at Imerys among the personnel
• Oversee and coordinate all training mandated by local regulatory agencies and provide continuous training for all production and administrative personnel and contractors.
• Promote Imerys protocol concerning environmental, industrial hygiene and safety programs and procedures.
• Monitor current and evolving Environmental, Health and Safety regulations along with additional company requirements.
• Assure and implement the compliance of environmental norms established by the different levels of government.
