Position Summary

These positions are responsible for exercising independent judgment and decision making responsibilities for a variety of complex fiscal documents (invoice vouchers, direct pay vouchers, journal vouchers, travel vouchers and Purchasing Card Statements) and transactions; for ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations; Department of Administration (DOA) and agency accounting, internal controls, policies and procedures; for communications with staff and vendors to resolve discrepancies arising from the approval or disapproval of financial transactions; for entering on-line (direct) financial data into the Department’s Enterprise Resource Planning System (PeopleSoft); and for the monitoring of the system to ensure the integrity of the fiscal data which reflects the fiscal actions and obligations.
