Bartender Job Summary The Bartender will be responsible for ensuring that the guests/patrons are served alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and food. Bartenders are also responsible for ensuring that their bars run smoothly and efficiently. He/ she will report directly to the Food & Beverage Supervisor/Manager. Education High school diploma. Additional education, training, and certificates. Experience Minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar position. Suitable combination of training and experience. Food Handler’s Permit. Competency Level This requires a basic understanding of the bar structures, operations, and customer service.
