Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia for a Land Surveyor. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys to establish legal boundaries, prepare survey reports, and oversee the work of survey technicians and assistants. The Land Surveyor will also liaise with clients, team members, and contractors.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field
• At least 2 years of work experience in land surveying
• Familiarity with survey equipment, including Total Station, GPS, and survey software such as AutoCAD and ArcGIS
• Knowledge of surveying laws and regulations in Ethiopia
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and contractors
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
