Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.

2. At least 1 years projects experience in HRIS system management in similar companies and industries.

3. Good understanding of the HRIS market in Indonesia and system vendors.

4. Strong knowledge of HRIS technology and deep understanding of HR concepts.

5. Strong analytical skills and understanding of data analysis concepts.

6. English proficiency level can be a working language.

7. Effective communication and training skills.

8. Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

9. Proficiency in software development and programming is a plus.
