Introduction

Normandien Farms (PTY) Ltd requires the services of a Pellet Plant Manager to be based in Oudtshoorn.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, direct and run the day to day operations of the pellet plant.
• Set and manage labour schedules.
• Set production schedule based on forecast and material availability.
• Communicate and document production and quality output.
• Responsibility for the maintenance and uptime of the machinery/equipment.

Desired Experience & Qualification
• Between 5- 7 years proven managerial experience
• Mechanical experience required – trade related
• Must be able to work independently and efficiently with little supervision
• Good Management Skills
• MS Office proficient
• Valid Driver’s license More Detail
