Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mining Engineer located in Mwanza. The Mining Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing mining systems and processes, developing and implementing environmental plans, ensuring safety protocols are being followed, and managing mining projects. The Mining Engineer will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field
• Experience in mining engineering, mining operations, and project management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and safety protocols in mining
• Experience with mining software and technology
