Aim of the job:
• To assist Mill Manager to ensure compliance with all Company operating policies, procedures and standing instructions

Main responsibilities and activities:
• To Ensure all mill machines are well maintained for optimum operation of the processes
• Supervise subordinates to perform scheduled maintenance, repairs and installation of parts and machines
• Prepare daily/monthly/yearly reports and ensure engineers log book is filled for proper shift handover
• Comply with all the quality standard practised in the mill
• Implement preventive maintenance program for all plant and machineries
• Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed
• Ensure prompt actions/troubleshooting is taken when processing losses exceed the standard and provide adequate explanation for any deviation from the limits.
• Ensure the ISO/MSPO matters complied up to the standard
