Job Description

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
1. IT/Customer Service/Logistic
• *Responsibilities**:
1. Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers
reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services.
2. Answer or make awareness calls to promote & address their needs,
complaints, or other issues related to our product & service.
3. Provide resolution across multiple channels including digital, self-service,
and automated.
4. Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions.
5. Escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support.
6. Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions,
and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
7. Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
8. Build lasting relationships with clients and other departments based on
trust and reliability.
