Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Associate Telecaller in Lucknow. The Associate Telecaller will be responsible for making outgoing calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries and complaints, managing customer accounts, and updating customer information. They will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions.

Qualifications
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes
• Good knowledge of computer and internet applications
• Strong customer service skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience in a telemarketing or customer service role
• Experience with sales and marketing is a plus
