Skills Required
• Demonstrable strong telephone cash collection experience
• Excellent attention to detail, organised and able to effectively prioritise workload
• Good negotiation and general communication skills
• Experience of using MS Office systems (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Experience
• Credit Control - 2 years (desirable)
• Experience in customer service/complaint handling
• Understanding of compliance regulations - but training is given
