Your Roles and Responsibilities
• Establish and manage strategic goals for the AM organization.
• Responsible to deploy Strategy, Market Research and Business Intelligence.
• Analysing resources and strategic capability.
• Defining strategic plans to suit.
• Collaborate with Corporate Planning (CP) and all other BU strategic functions.
• Strategy evaluation with market considerations such as, trends, competition, benchmark and other factors.
• Establishing a Strategic framework for creating progressive solutions for every area of our business.
• Creating New Business Models and value proposition development.
• Create additional value to our customers whether through new revenue streams, distributions channels, data/digital solutions, communications.
