Swiss WorldCargo Accounting is responsible for the complete and timely invoicing of all mail and cargo we transport around the globe by Swiss International Air Lines.

You will learn a lot about different ways of work in other parts of the world through your many daily international contacts.

Starting date: June 01, 2024 or upon agreement

You may apply in English or German.

Tasks

Initially your focus will be on billing in North and South America.

Further development will be your full integration in a team responsible for worldwide invoicing.

On the job, you will learn how to:
• Make sure that our service provider in Mumbai works with respect to instructions.
• Raise special invoices.
• Identify differences between what we invoice and what customer settles, and make sure we solve these differences.
• Make best use of existing IT solutions to make them ease our job.
