Role Description

This is a contract Collections Officer role located in Kisumu. The Collections Officer will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from clients. This includes identifying overdue accounts, conducting account investigations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues. The Collections Officer will be required to communicate effectively with customers, negotiate payment arrangements, and report on collections progress to management.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field
