Position Overview

We are looking for an outstanding Assistant Front Office Manager who will oversee all Front of House operations (concierge, bellman, activities, drivers) to ensure excellence in all aspects of guests services within the resort.

Responsibilities
• Handling and fully in-charge of Front Office Operations.
• Handling and in-charge of Transport department including vehicles.
• Fully in charge of Reservations.
• Planning, organizing, and coordinating guest itineraries and travel plans.
• Devising implementing and delivering in-house training
• Sales and Marketing for the hotel. Developing markets and maintaining relations with companies and travel agents.
• Representing the hotel in Travel Fairs.
• Working with the Sales Team and doing Sales Calls.
• Preparing Month end Report e.g. Marketing Report, Travel Agent Production Reports, Complimentary rooms for the month, Opera Reports, Profile Reports etc.
