What You'll Do:
• Manage a squad of talented engineers by providing mentorship.
• Lead, inspire and ensure psychological safety on your team.
• Oversee 5-8 passionate software engineers.
• Ensure that your team has the needed space to achieve both personal and professional goals.
• Define quarterly OKRs.
