Role Description

Optisoft Technology is seeking a full-time Product Manager for their Lagos office with some flexibility for remote work. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing product research and development, product road maps. The Product Manager will work with cross-functional teams including development, design, marketing, and sales to define and deliver product features that meet customer needs and business goals.

Qualifications
• Experience with user research and product documentations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in product management, preferably in software development
• An understanding of software development principles and agile methodologies
• Experience with data analysis and user research
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
