Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant Manager role with HFL CONSUMERS PVT LTD, based in Kanpur. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Other responsibilities include analyzing data to determine business needs, developing and implementing strategies to improve the customer experience, and leading team meetings.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, management or related field
• 3-5 years experience in a leadership or management role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
