**General Overview**
IT Support Specialist is a technician in the organization who has responsibility for the installation, evaluation and improvement of three main objects, namely computers, software and network system development.
This role will report directly to the IT Team Leader.
• *Job Descriptions**:

- Configurating desktop, laptop, printer & scanner
- Installing & Troubleshooting of Antivirus, MS office, outlook clients, and other software
- Setting up audio/ video conference device setup
- Supporting Windows 7/10/11, Patch management, etc
- Troubleshooting all office network related issues (Switches/Wifi)
- Application installation & troubleshooting
- Asset Management tools i.e. Desktop Central
- Vendor management
• *Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years supporting corporate end-user services.
- Familiar with all kinds of IT remote help desk
- Sound knowledge of LAN/WAN/MPLS / SD WAN
- Sound knowledge of Office 365 to prepare reports and dashboards.
