Requirements
• Minimum education of Associate's Degree (D3) in Hospitality
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in any Supervisor/Manager position in a hotel / serviced residence (Experience in Marketing/Sales division is a plus)
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Japanese (Japanese Language Proficiency Test minimum N2)
• Proactive
• Target oriented
• Willing to work in the project, Merakey Golf Residence (Mekarmukti, Cikarang Utara area)
• Willing to work for minimum 6 days a week

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with other divisions to develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue target
• Create yearly sales budgets and revenue forecasts, and implement corrective actions to ensure the achievement of targets
• Plan and initiate events, promotions, and campaigns to attract potential clients and also maintain high satisfaction for existing tenants
