Role

The HR Operations Group Project Manager will report directly into the HR Operations Director.
• Working with the HR Operations Director and the Operations Leaders to develop an HR strategy for Operations, consistent with the overall Group HR strategy
• Supporting the HR Operations Director and the Plant HRBPs to ensure that the strategy is timely and correctly deployed across all Plants and the Operations central functions
