We are seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join our sawmill leadership team located in the beautiful community of Doaktown, New Brunswick and support continuous improvement related to safety, quality, and production. The successful candidate will provide exceptional leadership to a team of frontline operations supervisors to meet and exceed our business KPI’s while promoting employee engagement, teamwork, and safety. The Assistant Manager will be involved in operational planning and oversee budgets to ensure good cost control and decision making. The Assistant Manager will also maintain continuous improvement program and maintenance systems to maximize quality and performance. You will work with the latest technology and experts in the field to produce quality products and meet production goals.
