What You Will Do

You will be responsible for providing direct administrative and office management support to the Operations Manager and assisting Project Management staff with various project analysis techniques and in maintaining the entire lifecycle of the project portfolio.

How You Will Do It
• Assist in coordinating project activities throughout lifecycle, including the allocation of adequate resources, scheduling, documentation, budget, and other factors necessary for success.
• Interact with General Contractors and onsite technicians to help manage commissioning schedule.
• Help with onsite data collection.
• Liaison with Field Services Team for scheduling and allocation of manpower.
• Help to reallocate resources across multiple projects where necessary; identify and resolve any resource allocation discrepancies.
